Ledger® Live is the official desktop and mobile application to manage your cryptocurrency securely through your Ledger® hardware wallet. You can download the Ledger® Live App from the official Ledger® Live download page for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
The app provides an interface to manage assets, check balances, connect to Ledger® Exchange, and perform crypto transactions securely without exposing private keys.
Ledger® does not use traditional online login credentials. Instead, access to your account and assets is controlled through the Ledger® hardware wallet, PIN, recovery phrase, and optional 2FA.
If you cannot access your account, check your PIN and recovery phrase, ensure the Ledger® Live App is updated, and verify your device connection. For further help, visit the official Ledger.com Login page.
Incorrect PIN or recovery phrase, outdated app version, or connectivity issues are common causes. Update the Ledger® Live App and device firmware, and retry connecting.
USB or Bluetooth connectivity issues, VPN interference, or firewall restrictions can prevent connection. Try a different cable, restart the app, or temporarily disable interfering software.
If the Ledger® Live App crashes or freezes, clear cache, reinstall, or update the app. Consult the Ledger® Help Center for official troubleshooting guides.
Ensure your hardware wallet firmware is updated and the recovery phrase matches your records. Verification issues may lead to declined transactions or Ledger® errors.
If 2FA access is lost, follow the reset procedure from the Ledger® Help Center using your recovery phrase or backup codes.
Recovery is possible only using the 24-word recovery phrase on a new or reset device. Without it, access cannot be restored.
